Building Energy Certificates
We can advise all our clients on the best and most modern alternative heating systems as well as offering proposals for further enhancing your building fabric to achieve higher building energy ratings under the current government proposals. All buildings offered for sale or rent must now be issued with a BER certificate. One of the most important aspects of achieving a high rating with minimum expense is locating your own proposed dwelling to maximize solar gain and to reduce heat loss through colder northern aspects. All of our designs are supplied with a provisional and final BER certificate so you know exactly what you will be getting and what you need to do to achieve a higher rating.
