Whilst economic times may remain turbulent, there are tentative signs of recovery and the general consensus of opinion throughout the industry suggests that the recession may have finally reached its low point and we should now be entering a period of relative stability. We should see the return to a more functional banking system next year with more competition in the mortgage market because of this. This will in turn make finance more accessible with the obvious follow through for the construction industry in particular. Our industry will never reach the heights of the Boom again, nor do we want to. Steady growth at a steady pace is the order of the day for the Construction Industry as a whole, and if we have steadied the ship in 2012 then we should be in calmer waters for 2013. There has never been a better time to think about building your new home. No matter what stage you are at, be it early design or full planning, we can take your project from inception to completion, on time and more importantly, within budget.
