“Home builder buys Star Elm
M Group, one of Ireland’s leading home builders has acquired Star Elm, which provides A – rated advanced window framing to the trade.
The Co. Cork based M-Group employs 120 people across the country working in a a range of activities including one – off home building, civil and municipal developments.
The acquisition has added window framing provision to its range of services.
M Group managing director Willie Murphy said Star Elm is a perfect fit for his company. His company, which recently secured the rights to Swish and PatioMaster brands in the Republic, is understood to be close to announcing the acquisition of a Britain based window maker.”
